Klejners

One of our Lassen family traditions is making these Danish cookies every year. We have fun getting together and getting covered in flour and powdered suga, and then stuffing our faces all night with cookies. We use Pete's grandmas recipe that she used to use and make when his dad was young. We love family traditions like this. The cookies are pronounced "klinas" but it is a Danish word so the spelling is funky.
